This code will not turn you car into a traffic car, but it will move the camera from the player car to a traffic car and will enable you to control it.

Step 1: Drive to an area with one or more PARKED traffic cars.
Step 2: Change the value of the code above from 01 to 16 to find the value that represents that car.
Step 3: Have fun, but try to avoid crashing into other traffic cars or the player car and drive within the range of the player car otherwise, your car will spaz out :D

So they all go through objects by default? That explains them driving through walls in the LA level.

I'm not sure if it will work because I've tried to drive the pickup truck in the car park and it just spazed out :( but i'll try it though.
