Before he murdered all those people, he gave away all his possesions and said "Goodbye" to his friends and associates. He raised arms against soldiers of The United States. He knew what he was doing. His actions were premeditated. He should be tried and executed for treason.

So If I don't leave a trail of emails and don't say anything to anyone and don't write to a newspaper making threats and don't go target practicing and simply buy a weapon and show up in a school yard and start shooting kids I cannot be executed?????

The US drops bombs on people in Irag and Afganistan everyday with just the suspicion that the targets might be terrorists or digging holes in a road now this guy can't be executed unless his murders were premeditated and his sanity has to be determined? I can't wait until the circus starts in NY with the 9/11 plotters trial because those guys could walk free when the torture is brought before the civilian justice system. Why weren't they read their rights?
