Awesome tutorial thanks man! But I must say I liked it before you increased the lighting at the end, couldn't see the repeating textures before. :)

The one person that disliked this say your building was "Editable Mesh" instead of "Editable Poly"

Unity 3 actualy has an auto unwrap for lightmaps

@Juggernaughty824 Because the texture coordinates for the diffuse are on channel 1 and this flatten mapping was done for the uv of channel 2.

very nice, thanks. fyi I use zbrush for unwraping uv's the best next to unwrella
