i have one complaint about this monitor - when i bought it and opened it, there was no stickers on it! i wanted stickers on mine ^^
other than that everything is perfect, from the image quality, colour and there were no bleeding or dead/stuck pixels!

i have one and it's great, bought it 4-5 months ago , no problems with it at all, no lag , opengl based games look just fine (like counterstrike), nice colors.

This monitor is a good 1 it worth every penny.

I'm pretty sure this has 1:1 pixel mapping because when you play warhawk on it it automatically has black bars around it, so does anyone know of a way to make ALL ps3 games have the black bars instead of it stretching to fill the screen?

If I wanted to hook up an xbox 360 to one of these would it work? I'm thinking of getting one but I'm not sure if it would be what I'm looking for - mostly because of sound.

this screen does not have built-in speakers so it only provides dvi input only allowing for picture, but you can set up your sound to an external source. so you would have your dvi from the xbox to the screen and either an optical or R and L cable going to a receiver. well thats how i hook up my PS3.

Although it is natively NOT 1080p,can it atleast support 1080p ??? (don't want to downscale to 720p for ps3)

No it does not support 1080p only up to 720p but I also have my ps3 also on it and the image is excellent. I also have a LG lcd 37 inch 720p/1080i and the image on the monitor is as good. I was also looking for a monitor that played 1080p but you have to go into the 24inch version to get that resolution and that was 200$ more.
