where did a 9 year old get a gun, blame whoever owned the gun for leaving around and available for this kid

i retliated against bullies with sticks all the time and ike you said i did not know the severity of my acts, but then again i as a child still had to protect myself and a stick was my weapon of choiceand man did i ever beat the snot out of some kids.
too bad their parents didnt involve themselves in their childrens educations and allowed them to run around the streets harrassing people with no punishment for it.

As a criminal justice administration major, I know for a fact that "coercement", which is exactly what took place, is wrong in every sense of the word. This boy should not be convicted, NOT because of age, because coercement is wrong. I can't believe they are offering a plea deal...his lawyer had better step up to the plate!

The police need to be investigated for coercing the child. I think the police shot the two men and the child is being used as a scapegoat.

Lol, there are plenty godless people who are good, law-abiding citizens. For that matter, there are many godly folks who murder in the name of religion.

When i was a small kid I got bullied by a bunch of kids, i went back with a steal pipe and beat the crap of them, after i beat the crap of them i knew i had done something wrong, but I didnt understand how serious it was. after reading the posts here its obvious what some would have called me if one of the kids I had beaten up would have died. Im not a psyhopat today, i never do something illegal, i dont even download movies for free.
