This si the final battle against Luca and then the subsequent deul with him. Hes toast, now to turn the army situation around and for me to press on against the Highlanders ;) And of course we know what happens to little Jowy there eh? When Luca dies... whos next to take his spot? lol such a quick rise to the top eh?

@syvilharold There's some good tutorials on youtube to help you get an emulator and get it set up and everything, it's pretty easy if you follow the instructions. Once you download the emulator and have it all set up to play a game, just get an iso file of the game you want. I usually use emuparadise.me to get the games.

Suikoden 2 and Chrono Cross and vagrant Story too, are the best RPGs in Playstation 1. And the best character in Suikoden 2 is Miklotov. Very powerful and a human shield for the other party members. I L RPG forever....

One thing that I do not understand while watching most of the video fight against Luca. My team consist of Luc since the beginning till the end and I don't see alot of people using it, why? I mean, Luc has the highest magic!

Also, against Luca, why not use protection like Water mist to help protect from getting hit by fire? As I remembered, water mist helped me a whole lot when he uses fire and the ice helps to block it out. Any reason why?

That's hardly overpreparation. That sounds like the bare minimum. Maybe level 38-39.

You only need one good party to defeat him. I let the first two get cut to pieces because it takes less time than actually dealing with Suikoden II's ridiculously cumbersome character/inventory management.

That party sucks. Hix in the back row casting ofensive magic. He is a low MAG character you know and Luca has fire resistance making that fire magic caster Hix pretty lame...
