The King of Fighters 2001 produced by Eolith for SNK Playmore Neo Geo released in year 2001. The high points of the game are the graphics. The characters are very well animted and highly detailed, smooth, life-like movements and loads of frames of animation. Impressive special effects. The backgrounds are very well done and features plenty of attention to detail as well as lots of animated action in the distance. People line the streets to watch. The music some is kind of average while some of it is very good. Each stage has its own tune. The sound effects are great as are the voices for the characters. Everything sounds crisp and clear. KOF2001 is an awesome game very different from the previous one and is very rich full of stuff to be play, seen, and enjoyed.
Available for NeoGeo arcade MVS (Multi Video System) cabinet and Neo-Geo AES (Advanced Entertainment System) console.
