This video was made when OJ was the best high school player in the world and commonly referred to as, "The Next One," not just by me, but by many other sports magazines such as ESPN and Sports Illustrated. Before the rule was implicated that one has to go to college to go to the NBA, OJ was expected to leave high school as a junior and go straight to the NBA. OJ has his struggles, but don't count him out just yet.

I'd like to see you accomplish one tenth of what he's accomplished. He won more state championships than you can even think about. He's also playing professional basketball. In my opinion, he could regarded as one of the best junior high/high school basketball players of the decade. Might I ask, what are you doing with your life?

@knjohnsonel just so you know, the grizzlies were one of the lowest bench scoring teams in the league and they got shane battier and some more guys and moved oj to 6th man to have a spark coming off the bench.

Also OJ Mayo and Derrick Rose... after Kobe, and Wade and those guys are gone, Mayo and Rose will be the best players in the league, there will be some epic finals games between those two, mark it down

I dont think they benched him because he was bad...they just benched him so he can maybe be more like crawford for the hawks. I didnt watch them that much but in the playoffs he looked like their best scorer besides zeebo.
