I can remember that before the war 911-01, I had led the people (approx 50 cars w/5 people per vehicle) into the more city areas...from the rural counties outside of City of Buffalo? & close suburbs to Transit Road Depew NY and down and into Niagara Falls, NY via use of Lockport Road as well.
I thought I was like a decoy for someone big.
I did end up finishing up writing to the Pope, Bush/Cheney went by via vehicle.
