This was a cool video for some guys called Cylob i think. Saw it a good 4 years ago now. The kung fu girl is Chloe Bruce (sorry dont actully know what style this is) Shes only 15! Its well scary how bendy she is. Directed by Mark Hadcock.

@Koldztone That true. Its a lot of Shotokan Karate - so not Kung Fu - its from japan, not chinese (Kung Fu is from china). Although we see a lot of freestyle here too, of course. Like it alot, it was an MTV Musik Video long ago, and i was searching a long time for it.

I think that is tang soo do, I studied some of it but I suck at it. I have seen Chloe Bruce demonstration live before, pretty impressive for a young girl.

@dwarf hey man, not cool I'm on the fence with your comment it's true that the camera movement made it hard to truly watch the form and it did cover up the flaws, but that's the point. This video was made for entertainment purposes, therefore it should look as good as possible. So to counter the flaw of the flaws, you move camera angles.
