The funny thing is that most of Salt Lake City is not Mormon. So they probably were mostly proselyting to non-Mormons. So all they experienced was what Mormon missionaries experience. Next time you try to fly all they way to Mormondom learn that Provo is where most Mormons live. Idiots.

Do you ever think that the reason people slam doors on you is because you invade their privacy and try to shove your beliefs down their throats? Especially when those beliefs involve Black people being cursed and a known con-artist and felon lying about where Jesus came from? Its because out of all the groups of homophobes who supported prop 8 with money the LDS church funded MILLIONS into campaigns to advertise Voting for prop 8. Then you have to think about where the LDS church gets its majority of funding. Which is a 10% tithing Followers of the LDS church pay. So in other words LDS churchs support for prop 8 was funded by all the mormons in the world. ^_^

If the Mormons weren't the key supporter financially on Prop 8. that is why they are receiving a backlash from other communities. But the LDS thinks Homosexuality is a choice, therefore all Mormons "choose" to be attracted to the other sex. Not me, I only get aroused by girls, I have no choice in the manor.

Why do people blame Mormons for Prop 8. You people act as if all who voted against gay marriage were Mormon. Get a grip, The percentage of Mormons in California couldhave never passed it with their own votes. Not even close. Don't forget the Catholic church also is stongly against gay marriage, I don't see anyone bashing them.

In order for you to be stating "facts", you'd have to PROVE (and I'm talking proof, not faith or belief) that 1) "God" exists, and 2) that he actually said that. There's nothing factual about your argument whatsoever.
