  • hmmm, I think it sounds a little too fake this patch, maybe you want that? who knows, music knows no bounds. Cheers for the review dude :)

  • @guypie it's great for quick section string parts, in the terms of pop/electronic music as they load quickly. I definitely have more realistic sounds, but these are decent and affordable, I try to look at all angles :) Thanks for the comment fam!

  • @juicyjuicejosh yeah I LOVE the ensembles and multis in Symphobia, though I also want to check out their new orchestral essentials, may be able to get a decent collection for a bit less money. Gonna check it on try-sound, LASS just sounds amazing though too lol.

  • @SoundsAndGear Symphobia's definatly ur best bet for hiphop.. it's definatly got an easier interface, and allows you to control attack release sustain... which kinda is really necessary, since most attacks are um.... too sweepy that it sounds as though you are late on your notes but really the velocity is just all over.... But LASS if you have a pedal or wheel for velo... it's too real, as in you'll gigglle like a school girl- I did!

  • @lyric196969 I lol'd at "vieris" (sounds like some sort of feminine hygiene product).

Out of Windows, OS X, and Linux, I prefer Windows for recording. Built my computer myself, spent half that of a lot of macs and I have 2-4 times the power of one. If you manage getting a virus in this day in age, you shouldn't even have a computer.

I don't hate macs, I'm just into computers and know the difference from hardware and an OS, unlike those who who start flame wars and spout nonsense.

    but nice vst

  • @juicyjuicejosh I don't mind always, sometimes it's worth it, but it's cool to have some that load fast for the creation process. I have cinematic strings and kirk hunter as well, symphobia is on my list man, love how it sounds.

  • @SoundsAndGear No Problem.. Hey I understand you dont want to wait for loading.. Kontakt 5 + L.A.S.S. and or Symphobia ... They are awesome, and I dont think they take too long to load.. definatly quicker than EWQL Hollywood strings.. Also when you do reverb and eq.. on individual strings.. it makes it sound better...

  • @PowerRedBull the library will tell you on their site or wherever you purchase, it will say if you need the full version or if it works with kontakt player.
