Advanced Sommelier Sabors one of 300 bottles of 2003 Hickory Creek Winery Methode Champenoise Blanc de Noirs. This has been on yeast for 8 years and has not been diagorged, ie the yeast is still in the bottle adding a luxurious richness.
This is a labor of love from the uber-talented/passionate Mike DeSchaff of Hickory Creek, the Lake Michigan Shore AVA leader in Vinifera winemaking.
