The man in this video had his teenage son shot in the face by a grown black man with an illegal firearm. The killer is walking free because he played the race card. Imagine if this were your son.

I dont know much about case but i know two things, long island teens, specially from suffolk county are little rich pussys with large sense of entailment. so they think they can do no wrong. On another hand, you cant kill someone for verbally threatening you on edge of your property. Call 911 those cops on long island get paid good money so they will be there under 30 minutes. Dont be going outside if you afraid for your life.

Texas isn't NY, the laws are different but since you insist on comparing Horn to White know that Horn's "victims" where inside his neighbors house burglarizing it, White's "victims" where shouting insults at his house from the apron of his driveway. Neither deserved to be shot however there's a big difference between felony burglary and disorderly conduct!

@dantej32 - If White was actually acting in a defensive way with his illegal handgun the gun wouldn't have been within the boys reach. That wasn't defense, defense doesn't put guns in people's face at point blank, everyone knows that so feel free to deny it all you want! Pointing a gun directly into somebody's face and calling it "defense" would get you laughed out of the courtroom unless you got attacked in a telephone booth or elevator. Get a grip on the nature of defense!

@dantej32 - Another thing you can't seem to answer...Why did White thrust the gun directly into the boys face @ point blank? Is that your idea of the defensive use of a firearm? You would be hard pressed to find one single expert to agree with you sonny. If White was being defensive as opposed to being aggressive then he would have leveled the gun at a safe distance. The mere proximity of the gun to the boys face screams AGGRESSION not defense! White became the aggressor by doing that

NOW If my hand is going toward your hand, Would you be able to tell if I am going to slap your hand or grab it. If i have a gun in my right hand you can REACH TO grab it or REACH TO slap it. Maybe he should have called 911 like horn. He probably would not have gone to jail like horn did. Horn told the 911 operator that he was going o kill them, but white folk get a pass.

Before we go any further, you keep dodging my question... How was White's family in immediate danger with the hooligans milling about on the edge of the driveway 100+ feet from the house? White didn't bother calling the police at all did he? He was obligated to call 911 FIRST!
