It is a 1981 Alvarez Yairi 12-string DY68 acoustic guitar with a Fishman Rare Earth Pro-Rep-102 Humbucking soundhole pickup.

nice job. guitar was nice. vocals need a lil work. i can both sing and play good, just not at the same time so i cant judge lol
