I ♥ Serj! Not only am I a huge fan of his but he's Armenian and I'm Persian and whenever I listen to his solo work and SOAD songs, I know how much in pain he is due to American societys racist remarks it still has on people from the Middle East. Everyday, I am paranoid by some asshole coming up to me and accusing me of terrorism because of my Persian heritage. I applaud Serj!

@uiruu yes, i know. im pretty sure serj and john were born in lebanon, and shavo was born in yeravan, armenia. they all grew up in cali though.

@CodeProvider Actually Daron Malakian, SOAD's guitarist, is the only one born in America. Serj was born somewhere else.. but I don't know for sure if it was Armenia. I know for a fact he grew up in America though.
