idk see anything gay in this ending at all. What I like about Star ocean 3 is that the endings are completly up to interpritations.
My interpritaion on this scene is that Fayt and Albel become bestfriends and battle rivals. They travel the contryside killing bandits and improving there skills. Honestly it remeinds me alot of Goku and Vegeta,how the 2 are secrectly bestfriends,but at the same time they push each other to be stronger
