Namaste Manjula,
Can Paratha be kept in the fridge? how long for?
Thank you
-
Can I use normal flour?
Thanks!

Came out perfectly thank you. Also if they come out crunchy you cooked too long. They are really quick 10-15 seconds or so then flip. Anyone know what indian bread has the crushed garlic in middle that they cook against a stone wall type of thing? Had it at an indian resturant that showed me how it was done but forgot the name of it.
