@solmuni he placed that one line in perfect view for the police car camera. If the accused was only a little drunk and stepped off the line but the camera couldn't really tell the diference, he could fight the charges in court and win. In court a good lawyer can fight anything. That's why cops are trained to do things by routine, no matter what. you are the retard!
