instead of getting a shovel to dig a hole deep enough to drop down to yalls level I will just state my points in which i made my original statement "straps are 10x better"

1) visual aspects

2) less of a chance of damaging the drum

3) a lot quicker to strap up

4) they plain just look better

for high stepping, but wait.. i doubt any of yall actually elevate your feet more than an inch above the ground anyway...
