My video in honor of king Leonidas of Sparta who led his 300 elite troops and another 7000 Greek allies to the pass of Thermopylae in 480 BC to fight the invading Persians. 300 Spartans and 700 Thespians fought to the death.
The song is called Roxanne's Veil by Vangelis and Vanessa Mae. The song at 4:48 is called Closing mutiny on the bounty also by Vangelis.
A tribute to the ancient heroes..

I love how the spartans are portrayed here. their armor is absolutely stunning and beautiful.
not like in 300. I really disliked the portrayal the spartans had in 300. they made spartans seam like some sort of gaulic barbarians who yell all the time and fight half nakid.
