To Chi or not to Chi, that is the question? Well, maybe not just Chi, there's also the Pose Method and Zendurance to name a few. Many runners find speed, endurance and injury free training in learning a new running form. Some expand their mileage capability, while others break into new speeds never thought possible. What's your preferred form or style? OR Do you "Just Run"?

Post your video responses with your ideal running form to this time ol' battle of "Who's Kung-Fu Running Style is Better"... Mines or Yours? (post clips of your running form too!)

Remember... Friendly Convo, Battle Nice! Runners Love! :-)

  • @zzoot congratulations for not getting the joke.

  • Ya thats all great and everything. TOO BAD HUMANS ARE NOT BUILT ANYTHING LIKE LIZARDS! SO, whats the point of this video?

  • at this point it is not use full to just watch the lean of the upper body and compare this running technique with human running. Take the big tale into account with the drag its creating, and than try to imagine where the body centre of mass could be of this great runner. Than you would be able to compare human running with running of this animal.

  • jjajajajaaj muy gracioso; 8D pero ya en serio yo pienso que las dos formas son buenas, tienen diferencias pero las dos nos ayudan a prevenir fracturas........

  • @Ocean2Trail POSE

  • @ztropf POSE

  • POSE

  • Chi running all the way... notice how the hips/legs are being pushed back naturally through the stride.
