If you notice, when he hits the switch to the off position, the engine gains speed because the load on the alternator is only for keeping the engine running. Therefore, any gain in mpg is lost turning the alternator with the added load. Should make a seperate generator off the exhaust like an air turbine. Germans did it in WWII to add horsepower to Uboats.

Hehe looks like you hooked the Amp meter the wrong way (flip + and - ).

Looking at videos today. I like the clip, nice job, have a look at my Home Wind Turbine videos and subscribe or friend me if you like. My patent pending system won a Green Design Contest, check it out.
Thanks, Sam

Finally, someone actually hooks up their hydrogen generator to an actual engine. Thanks man

Here is your task! You will need the largest suitable composite tank with a safety preasure relief valve. Complimenting this you will need a closed induction system with accelerator actuating inlet manifold preasure, with a regulated minimum preasure adjustment for idle. This induction system will have a preasure relief valve and check valves. Two tank preasure sensor switchs configured in (either or) will maintain rated safe max PSI of tank. Satus of both switches will be monitored by alarm!

you will never win,
people won't believe that water is burnt hydrogen and you can't burn it again.

Stan Meyers had a running dune buggy on water. what do you think. was it gasoline assisted on on water alone??

It would be running a bit rich if anything other than natural enviroment air, that would cause that type of engin(if not adjusted dif.) would run cooler. theres a ton of better ways to use the energy to cop the same feel. doesnt have to be a hippie bus motor that has compression ratios different on every cyl

Looks like it works good. Be a bad thing around here though for 7 months of the year.Any way of having it work in well below freezing temps?

Of all the mileage retrofits I've seen, hydrogen boosting is the only one that might have some sound theory behind it. You're effectively retrofitting regenerative braking. I wager it won't help you on long, flat highways; but that's rare--even most interstates have ups-n-downs. It might also have chemical benefits as some are saying; but IANAchemist. The ability to store more H2 might help the regen aspect; but there's probably a point of diminishing return.
how many liters per minute dose your arron cell produce?
OlafMeyer 4 years ago
1/2 liter or so per minute, kinda depends on the conductivity of the water and the temperature.

Are you using a bubbler, what about condensate that is in the lines?
hydrogenassist 4 years ago
look at the next video and you'll see some condensate. It accumulates at the checkvalve. Doesn't seem to be a problem yet.
