他にも書きましたが、Maria Pages の『美術館の亡霊』(原題は La Tirana)で使われていました。 この音楽に合わせて4人が踊るあの場面がこの black screen にあったら ・・・・。

Awww. ... I thought it was a live version. NEED to find one, or see her play it live!

My favorite version of the Canon in D! This should be used during the Canon at Church and people might just come.

oh I love to frolic with this! :DDD

After 10 years of irish dancing this has always been my favorite reel to dance to! <3 it!

@klolb Hi. According to the liner notes Ms Ives over-dubbed much of this . On a second violin and with a viola If memory serves. The first part is a variant of the "Canon in D" but from 3:10 onwards is a hornpipe commonly played in Cape Breton and nicely embelished by Eileen. Irish tune I believe but I do not have the name. John Morris Rankin played it. I think I have that right? Anyway super playing!

Seen Eileen a few years ago in the National Concert Hall in Dublin. An amazing performer who really gets the audience involved. One of my favourite tracks.

is this song from a film or an advert or something?
is there a video to this, or just a black screen> I don't see a video here!!

The video *is* the black screen -- on my newer videos I've put pictures over the music so that people have something to look at. As this was one of the first videos about music I ever did, I put only the music over the video file: so the screen is black but the music still plays.

You're welcome -- it's a wonder that no one had put it up on YouTube before I did... so I thought it was about time I broke with that tradition. :D
