@molliebug25.... I'm always in the hospital for asthma!! :( but now my parents are cramming in down my mouth to make sure I have my inhaler.. nah I lost it again! :)
@Lucyloud13, its best to take it seriously. People die everyday from asthma attacks ( not to lecture you), my kids have asthma and my 14 year old didnt take it seriously last year in 8th grade, and had an asthma attack at school! He left his inhaler at home..Now I check and or give him his inhaler in the mornings..or if he goes anywhere. Do you have an inhaler? If you do, you should get a holder to hook on your purse/backpack/ ect.. :) stay safe
Hi, Robortalien. Although I'm not qualified to provide medical recommendations, I would advise you to talk with your doctor about specific ways to help your asthma. I can tell you that if you smoke, quitting smoking will help significantly. There is a free resource called the Quitline that can help you quit tobacco. They offer counseling with a Quit Coach, and sometimes, medications to help you quit. You can reach them at 1-800-QUIT-NOW. Good luck!
THAT'S MY BEST FRIEND JACK WHEN HE WAS LIKE 5.
