Truth? Yes his truth... The numbers don't match. If Peres did care that much for the Palestinians, he would ask the UN or even NATO to intervene. Israel has no right whatsoever to blockade a neighbor state, whatever the moral justifications...
This policy will throw the world into a new world war. Peace is impossible in those conditions. Btw defensive warfare was the way nazigermany argued.
