Evidently you have not used it. The intent was to show that you can move the jig without moving the bobber a lot like a regular slip bobber as it has far less resistance on the line. But even the smallest wave action will cause the vibration tail to move. It only has around 1/8" of line friction versus the regular slip bobbers that have 1" or more depending on the bobber.
