It's funny how some people don't understand why all this? It's caused by the Apartheid. Black were allowed to do practically nothing, so it created a culture of uneducated gangsters. You need to live, so you're do whatever you gotta do. Hopefully once that generation passed away, things will change. But it will take some time. Colonization basically caused that. British exploitation caused that.
