DESCRIPTION

CARVE A HAM NEVER HAVE BEEN MORE EASY !!!

The Michelangelo Knife has been specially designed for carving the Dry-Cured Ham with Bone (either Iberian ham or Serrano ham) in thinnest slices and in a completely simple and secure way. The special design of narrow-blade of only 12 mm wide and 30 cm long (almost half the width of a conventional knife ) allows the most complex cutting tasks (tipically carving near de bone) allowing thus take the 100% advantage of the ham.

This is a very high quality knife with a very good design. All its components are made of stainless steel, its blade is made of surgical stainless steel that allows a higher hardness thus extending the life of the blade and therefore reducing the need to require frequent sharp.

The knife comes in a solid wooden box with quality finishes.
