@Gurly4ever No, I think you'll find this is a Quickstep. What you describe is a very basic quickstep, this is just more advanced.

Too fast for me...I didn't get it, and I really don't feel like pausing it to memorize the whole thing. It was very beautiful, though, and I hope I can dance like that someday :)

The song is "Man Wanted" written by Barry Manilow. The version from the TV movie "Copacabana" is the one you want. The version from the Broadway play of the same name changes tempo to a foxtrot for the last few bars.
The version that was put on the soundtrack CD was sung by Annette O'Toole, but the version in this video is someone else -- I'm not sure who.
