cup of Flax Seeds
cup of ground Flax
Sea salt or Himalayan salt
seasoning to taste - can use cinnamon & stevia, or cajun
water

combine, let sit 20 min to absorb and become gluey
spread on parchment paper or dehydrator sheets
dehydrate to your liking, whether you like it soft like a wrap or crunchy like a cracker
