Yes , you have to download AMCap.
You run the pinnacle studio and start capture .
You open AMCap , first PAL-N apply and second SECAM-B

tht didnt work for me so wht i gotta do start capture then open amcap put it to pal-n and then apply and then change it to secam-b and apply? coz that didnt work for me :(

First start capture with Pinnacle . Then u open AMCap put it to PAL-N apply and then change to SECAM-B and apply .
