Shocking! Gibberish Alert! Reporter Has Garbled Speech In Non-Sensical Libya Story

A problem with the matrix? Some people claim these "garbled" speeches are signs of Planet X in our solar system.

Some people believe that if a tenth planet sauntered into our system of planets, it could cause neuro-transmission problems in the brain of some (small?) percentage of people, in this case, and the other one I uploaded, problems with the neuro-transmitters required in the reading of teleprompters. It's a frequency-based hypothesis, which probably has merit, although I have no opinion as to the source of these "transmission" failures, personally. I'm just passing along the backstory.

@peedie61 that's what I heard, although some people hear 'garvins", it looks almost like he was about to do a live interview with the man who came up on the screen behind (who was seemingly dumfounded by the unfolding events), but they quickly ditched it and told him to hand it back to the startled anchor. A glitch in the matrix, I guess, but notable any way you cut it.
