@avedic Yeah, I see where you're coming from. It definitely seems like they got a lot more of a poppish sound in Odd Blood compared to the previous album. But hopefully experiment a little more with their sound.

i sadly feel like they've gotten worse since the masterpiece of an intro to the world that was 2080/sunrise. :( friendly fire's new album seems to almost take yeasayer's early sound and extrapolate it into new territory. still love the band...but it almost sounds like they're bored now with making music. all the urgency and fun and vibrancy and freshness is lacking....imho

@redhotchilipepper417 Touche RHCP fan. I think if your into music enough to listen to radiohead than yeasayer will be right up your ally. Both are different and hard to listen to unless you can appreciate good music.
