okay, im mixed, and i get pissed when someone calls me white or black. and its because im not JUST white or black, im MIXED. Im very lightskinned for a mixed person, but i get mad when people call me white because im not just white, im mixed. Biracial people dont like being called something that they arent, just as everyone doesnt.

If you tell a bisexual person that they're gay, they are going to disagree with you and say that they're bisexual. That doesn't mean that they're ashamed of being sexually attracted to the same sex - it means they want to be identified as they truly are. So why is it wrong for a biracial person to want to be identified as both black and white? That doesn't mean they're ashamed of being black, it means they don't want to be categorized incorrectly. They might not want to be categorized at all!

God,Please don't have kids.I am Jamaican/Black/Chinese.I take pride in who I am not just my race.Its amazing how an outsider can tell other people how they feel about themselves.and btw biracial can also mean white/Chinese,black/Indian etc etc.Your just hating on black people to try to make yourself feel better,which says a lot about your character.You want to help?Maybe talk to people with low self esteem,without your judgmental crap.

That being said, America is the manufacturing and distribution plant for negative black image worldwide. Business been booming since the profit potential from rampant slavery was seen. The mixed factor is almost meaningless, as there are self hating people of all ethnicities who have a common thread. They are usually women, and most have an attraction for white men. Because it was european ideology that handed out the value of people based on skin color tickets back in the day.
