  • Regarding your comment in the video about not being able to play it like Clapton . What people don't know is that Andy Fairweather and Clapton are playing a duet and though it may sound like one guitar on "Unplugged" there are two acoustic guitars. So the real deal is none of us will ever be able to play it like Clapton. Not until you have 20 fingers on four hands.

  • here's a fact... Clapton did not write this song directing it to his son's death... it was actually written from the lost emotions from his grand-fathers death. He wrote "My father's eyes" a little after his lost... he said he wanted to give Conor (his son) what he never had, a father. its a long explanation... got this from Clapton Biography
