it's fake at 0:21 you can see it fade. theu used a real person in the first part and you can tell after the fade the head looks fake.

You're right about that she still looks good today at 65. Have you ever seen the revised 1980 version of this commercial? The footage of Ms. Cassidy is the same, but the removal of the "mask" is more gentle, no ripping sound effect, and we see a
cuter, cuddlier, more friendly looking Smokey Bear, and with a less creepy voice.

I'm undecided as to whether this is comical or creepy. But thanks for finding it, I'd almost forgotten this commercial.
