Spanning 39 years, Somnath Chatterjee has had one of the longest innings of any MP in the Lok Sabha, having been elected for the first time in 1971. But it was his stint as Speaker of the 14th Lok Sabha from 2004 to 2009 that brought the man in the public's eye. On the eve of the release of his book, "Keeping The Faith", Somnath Chatterjee talks to Anuradha SenGupta on why a MP behaves the way he does, where the CPI(M) is headed, and why he is an accidental communist.
After hearing the comments of Somanth Da on the wonderful person Kiran Bedi I feel that Somnath was puppet of Manmohan_soniay Corrupt syndicate. He lost all the credibility of veteran Paliamenterian. He is corrupt crony and by product of Congress Chors. Only thing he did not get exposed. May be the Jan Lokpal will expose him
