For the Phobics in the world. Start your practice breathing at home by blowing into a "Bowl". It's easy and safe and you can "control" it. the best way for you to overcome your fears is to practice in something simple. I've found that this is the single most feared issue of any swimming phobia.

  • you are best :) you go straight to what people are afraid of and should practice at the very begging. though i'm past this phase, i which i saw your earlier.

  • Hi can you do a video showing how to put a cap on please?

  • Great, practical tips for those with water phobias. My mom is within that group. It is hard to imagine that at the age of almost 70 she still doesn't know how to swim.

    Thanks for the tips!
