Miley can't stop laughing as she sings Obsessed at the XL Center in Hartford, CT on her Wonder World Tour on November 12th, 2009.

*People are saying some girls had a sign that said "Come back Nick" and "I'm obsessed too" and that was what she was laughing at. I am almost positive that this is NOT what she was laughing at. Just because someone says it's true, DOESN'T MEAN IT IS.
**Someone else said she was laughing at her friend that was near the soundboard. This sounds like the most logical answer.
Think what you want, but whatever it is, I love seeing Miley have fun and she is adorable.

I'm 19 now too, and I love Miley Cyrus. I can relate to her more than most celebs. Ages 16-18 I was definitely going through some MAJOR changes in my life. I went through senior year in high school to freshman year in college. I changed so much, made mistakes, learned, made new friends & fell in love. But I've kept my values & morals and I feel she's done the same. Her new album Can't Be Tamed is AMAZING & I feel like "I've been there," every time I listen to a diff song. I wish her the best!
