The absurdity of Black Friday shopping and ObamaCare.

Campus Liberty Alliance's mission is to educate and mobilize our Country's future young leaders on faith, family, free enterprise and a free society. To activate, equip and send young leaders into the marketplace of ideas to recapture and proclaim the virtues of liberty.

As the youth affiliate of The John Birch Society we are in accordance with their mission to bring about less government, more responsibility and - with God's help - a better world by providing leadership, education, and organized volunteer action in accordance with moral and Constitutional principles.

  • Nice tradition :))

  • @LocationStock It's a product of American consumerism. A nation that has more consumers than producers is a nation in decline.

  • Like most Australians I don't have private health insurance. Recently my GP lanced a supposedly benign sebaceous cyst and realised it was a rapidly growing tumour. Within a week I'd had an ultrasound and CAT scan and had it excised by a plastic surgeon at my local public hospital.

Total cost? $15 for postoperative painkillers and antibiotics.

Socialism? Our corporate and personal tax rates are lower than in the US.

Why? We don't have the health insurance lobbyists that infest Washington.

  • @PresidentZod Government, lobbyists and a third party payment system contribute to our rising health care costs in America. If we had a free-market medicine costs for the consumer would go down and the quality of care would go up.

  • Great video on the danger of ObamaCare. Every American should see this!

  • @LocationStock It is pretty pathetic, isn't it?

  • @campusliberty1 What the US needs is a mixed system like in Australia. The government subsidises people who opt to have private health insurance with tax breaks, but maintains a basic safety net for everyone.

US critics might complain I had to wait 3 hours for my initial consultation at a public hospital because they were busy with higher priority emergency patients that day, but at least I was not turned out into the street to die.

It's better to be told to take a number than to take a hike.

  • They'll act like f'ing babies. People will line up outside of hospitals and clinics just to get a bandaid put on a bleeding vagina.

Thank liberals for the wussification of America.
