I didn't know about your videos until today, feel sad life is being difficult for ya. I would highly encourage you to look up "juicing" and "juice fasting" on youtube. MANY testimonies of people who lose nearly to 2 lbs a day. If you do get into juicing I very much recommend a "slow juicer" and watching john kohler's juicing videos!
