Could you tell me what exposure mode you used. Does the exposure stay the same in Manual Mode, or is it changing as it gets darker?

Second fastest tide in the world after the mississippi is the Bristol channel. If there is any kind of bore in the Avon then it would lose power on the horseshoe bend about a mile past the Clifton suspension bridge.
I've never seen one, but the severn IS impressive.

That was a very cool time lapse. Nice work.

Have you stood in that position on a number of occasions?....Tell you why I ask, Have you noticed if, at the beginning of the turn of the tide, there is a bit of a wave (bore) like on the severn but much smaller?....just something I have always wanted to know! GREAT camera work by the way!!

Combination of Gbdeflicker, Tinderbox deflicker and Echo filter making good result`s. Also i noticed that SLR sensors light coming through viewfinder lens, useful to cover it.

Nice one Ollie! Love the reflections at the end.

great work,
Good job, trouble is you have to watch the camera like a hawk otherwise someone will nick it, I know its happened on the to me on the banks of the thames in london, they could have left the memory card for me.

oh wow thats harsh, i definitely do pay alot of attention to my camera, well when im not sleeping anyway.
I am actually working on using motion/proximity sensors to alert me of any disturbance, and humidity/rain sensor to wake me up if im sleeping in my car.
