Mail Carrier Charged with DUI

A Boynton Beach mail carrier was arrested on Nov. 4, 2009 for driving a U.S. Postal Service mail truck while under the influence of alcohol.
A breath test revealed that Kevin Michael Crocillas blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit (.264 and .258).
Police received a 911 call at 12:14 p.m. today after someone saw the mail truck parked on the side of the road on Northwest First Court. The driver appeared to be slumped over the wheel.
When officers arrived, it immediately became apparent that Crocilla, 29, was intoxicated. He fell asleep while officers were speaking to him, smelled of mouthwash and alcohol, couldnt stand on his own and his eyes appeared red and watery.
He told officers with the Boynton Beach Police Departments Traffic Unit that he drank wine all night and then drank half a bottle of mouthwash in an attempt to cover the smell.
Crocilla was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.

what i'd like to know is how his station manager or coworkers not only didn't noticed this idiot intoxicated, but how he was able to case his mail and load up before leaving for the street.
