what a shame you acted like a typical, stammering, shy englishman and clammed up completely! did you not have anything to say? how about ' im fine, how are you bill?' of all the things i would love to say to him if i met him, then again i suppose you cant help it if you cant communicate properly, or maybe you just got starstruck.

This is a cool video. Bill Bryson writes alot in each of the books he signs. The sound and video quality are low yes, but there's no mistaking what's going on and it's a cool interaction you're having with Bill. You are a lucky bahstahd! I noted Bill's left handed. Good on ya.
