  • I have put some videos on my channel which can help overcome PTSD including a few from a soldier I helped overcome his PTSD and nightmares.

There is a lot of free downloads I'm working on at the moment please subscribe and pass it on to anyone who can benefit Debx

  • part 2 while they're in a panic mode what they're doing in their mind is really running away, in their mind there's something that they cannot face or let go because of the fact of not having enough information to reach confidence and face it. how would i know? -been here b4. to cure this "disease" they need to understand the action and overcome it.

  • some of the symptoms sound to me as if we were trying to find the right reaction to the problem or issue of an event or interaction they dont understand and it's unsolved. i will say about 95% of this is fear of not wanting to face the unknown event, the fear ends up overcoming their gestures and panic reaction will soon follow, continues on part 2

  • "i knew something was wrong with me i just didnt know what"

  • thankx alot for this great vid and the information
