Young Marijuana Plant - Please Help

My marijuana plant has been planted for about 4 days and I need to know if i'm doing everything correctly.
She *hopes* germinated in 2 days and had a tail of about 2cm when I planted it.
I don't water it often I only just dampend the soil before I planted it I have given it a couple of "splashes" of water once every 2 days I just don't want to over-water it while it's young.

Can you help me with...

*How old/big should it be before I start putting it on a water plan?

*How old/big should it be before I put it under my 400W HPS system?

*How old/big should it be before I transplant it into my bigger pot?

Also.. Do you think my other seeds will germinate? or are they way past it and dead?
They've been germinating for about 5-6 days in a damp paper towel under that bowl in my cupboard in 22-23C.

I'll make another video in the future so you can have a look at my set-up and see how well SHES looking ;)

4th place the plant under your light ( make sure your light is about 3ft - 5ft away . after the plant is about 7in , place into bigger pot ( try not to break roots )

I've ordered a 400W HPS bulb but won't get that for another week.

I've got it under a 8W florescent light atm (better than nothing i guess)

@DCyerar Yeah, I let the embryo root grow to about 3/4 of an inch and then planted it. The plant grew out of the soil with leaves within 3 days. Now it has just made it's first actual marijuana 5 spoke leaves. I'm not sure what to do with it when it gets bigger though

@Amirnake haha im doing that too, today is day 4 of germinating i see a small tiny tail coming out of one seed idk if its the tail but the seed has cracked so i guess its going to sprout.hopefully

Look i can help you. Keep doing what your doing tbh you can keep it in that pot. Trust me. Water it every day and be sure to have 18hours light and 6 hours no light at all then when it gets about 12 inches tall switch it to 12 hours light 12 hours no light. You will need pest control shiz and liquide fertilizer is great .and ...bend the stems back and forth every day or to encourage strong stems for swollen barring buds if you want , keep it in 18 hour on light 6 hours off for strong roots .yw.

The reason there's no signs of the seeds germinating is because you exposed them to the light and killed them - Water it the first time and leave it for 5 days without opening it up
