Anatol Lieven might be a bright journalist but he absolutely doesn't understand what's happening in Russia now. He supports Putin's authoritarianism and criticizes Russian liberals and ethnic minorities. He thinks tyranny is good for Russia. What a fool!
anyone else notice his twitch that involes him blowing out of his nose?? I'm usually not one to comment on such a thing, i'm just curious...very intereting regardless.
I highly recommend reading his latest, America Right or Wrong. It was insightful, extremely well-researched and opened my mind to another dimension of understanding about my country.
