  • 37 km/h is the average speed of the stage.. Sprint is around 70 km/h

  • Impossible. The max speed in a sprint race on the flat was approximately 76-78 km/h.. and the second runner in the video was going faster than the first! So Steegmans (the first) certainly was under 70 km/h

  • Cavendish jak go gunił:D

  • @Jur0 80-90 ? depends on the train ?? what train is that... tgv ??

  • @oOlLs Steegmans just catapulted away from the rest, meaning he was faster. it was logical that the rest came close at the end, you can't just keep sprinting away. there comes a moment when your power is out. Steegmans sprinted faster...no discussion

  • @danielitro1 in this clip they started from still and without train.. and they haven't the derailleur

  • @oOlLs I can't sprint more than 30 mph (amateur), but I dont thing theyr are really going at 70 or 76 kmh, if you wath the "match sprint 1990" clip, they only get to 65 kmh, and they are suposed to be the fastest.

  • Sastre great. He´s the best
