There's nothing wrong with the actual story of the prequels, it's just that it lacks humanity. 5:32 this part conveys my point perfectly, their acting is as sterile as the CGI backgrounds they are projected against

Why didn't obi wan save anakin in the end? I don't think he was completely beyond reason and obi wan had padme on his side. They should have explained more clearly why palpatine was evil

But the thing is that Luke ends up doing the same while not destroying the entire Jedi order Luke DOES turn dark at one point in the EU but it is short lived and he learns a little from the second Palpatine.
